If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and the replacement of all keys for the tenant(s), landlord or any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charged at the rate charged by the contractor.

Notice is Received During a Fixed Term:
Where a tenant seeks to leave an agreement before the end of the agreed fixed term they will be responsible for the full balance of rent due until a suitable replacement is found.
