Your nominated lead tenant will need to make a single online application providing details of all proposed tenants and guarantor details. They will also be required to pay the holding deposit of £100 per person. (E.g. £500 for a 5 bedroom house).
Payment of the holding deposit is required to secure your chosen property. This will be offset against your deposit when the agreement has been signed. If you withdraw your application, you will forfeit the holding deposit paid.
