As part of our commitment to keep you; current tenants and our staff safe, and reduce the risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus, all property viewings and applications for the 2021/22 Academic Year must be completed online at www.cardensestateagents.co.uk.

You, as the lead tenant, will make a single application on behalf of the group and will provide all the information requested below. This process will require payment of the total Holding Deposit, to secure the property, which is £100 for each tenant. (e.g. A payment of £500 will be required to secure a 5 bedroom house.) At a later date it may be possible to arrange for one of the group to visit the property but this is unlikely to be until early 2021.

The first month’s rent payment is to be paid by 18th June 2021.
