The property retains many original features and benefits from a private rear garden which backs onto open countryside.

Ide village sits in the beautiful Devon countryside yet is located less than a mile from the historic cathedral city of Exeter. Transport links are easily accessible including the M5 motorway, Exeter Airport and Rail links from Exeter to London Paddington and Waterloo.  The village has a wealth of local amenities including an outstanding rated primary school, a community Shop, village church and three public houses.

The property is entered via the original solid wooden front door, which is painted black and has a substantial brass door knocker. It leads into an entrance porch which has coat hanging hooks and locates the utility meters. A wooden door leads into;
