Students@Cardens is our specialist department dedicated to the letting and management of student accommodation in Exeter. We offer a free impartial advisory service to landlords and tenants alike; having been working with students and landlords since 1991 we are in a great position to be able to come up with the right answers; past tenants include the rich and famous with both  platinum selling popstars and royalty to be found in our tenants roll of honour.

Each year we start with the largest selection of accommodation available within the city and it is common for students to queue outside our offices overnight prior to the list being released, in order to secure their chosen home. Our ever developing website now includes You Tube links to slide shows of student houses, particularly popular amongst first years, together with useful information for landlords. No one in Exeter can match our experience, nor can they match our service levels....
